Individual & Family Centered Therapy
YETC uses a family-centered, solution-focused approach to therapy. Our staff of therapist and case manager's partner with the child and family to create an individualized treatment plan that will guide our therapeutic process. We recognize that collaboration with the child and family is essential for successful treatment. Our goal is to support the child and family through difficult times and provide the knowledge and skills to better manage and resolve emotional and/or behavioral issues.
Substance Abuse Treatment (IOPSA)
Geared towards teenagers ages 13-17, our Intensive Outpatient Substance abuse Program
utilizes The Seven Challenges ® curriculum based on a decision making and empowerment
model. The group meets 3 times per week and youth are provided with ongoing individual
and family support. Our skilled staff addresses personal, social and family concerns
that may contribute to the cycle of addiction.
Project Next Step – Direct Support Services
Family and community centered intervention program designed to enhance the stability
and integrity of the family by keeping or returning the child their home. Project
Next Step improves family performance, independence and personal responsibility
by working with the family. Services are provided in the home for children of all
ages.
Autism Spectrum Services
Our Spectrum Specialty
services are individualized and based on the unique needs of each child and family.
Individual and family therapy is provided by trained and certified Master level
therapist. Highly trained behavioral coaches with family centered experience provide
direct support services to families that include: skills enhancements, communication,
behavioral management, family /community support and case management.
Eating Disorder Treatment
Intensive Outpatient Eating Disorder Program is
an open-ended group that meets 3 times per week for 3-4 hours. The group is facilitated
by a Primary Therapist, a Family Therapist, a DBT Skills Therapist and a Registered
Dietician. The group follows a journey of self-exploration, self-repair and planning
for the future. The program works on building self-esteem in each individual, preparing
them to make sound decisions and supporting them in maintaining healthy relationships
with food and exercise.
Community Outreach – Way Out West Coalition
YETC continually seeks
out opportunities to create partnerships that will allow us to expand our reach
and make a positive impact on our community. We are excited to have teamed up with
the Partnership for a Drug Free America, Arizona affiliate to focus on the reduction
of substance abuse and its consequences in Buckeye, AZ. The Way Out West Coalition
